About Ricardo
PSQP didn't start the way most businesses do. There was no business plan, no grand vision. My dad's company got shut down and I ended up being the one who went out and got licensed. That's how it started — doing it for someone else.
I spent years doing other things. Tried different paths, different jobs. But painting kept finding me. In 2024 I went all in for a full summer and it worked. Then I stepped away. Then in late 2025 I came back for good.

I'm not here for a business. I'm here for the people around me — my fiancée, my family, my brother's future. That's what gets me on the job site every morning. The work is just how I do it.
